Brian Cohen serves as Chief Financial Officer at Arkview Capital, where he is responsible for overseeing financial reporting across the firm’s fund and management company entities.

Before joining Arkview Capital, Brian was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of 1901 Partners Management, a registered investment advisor managing private equity funds.  He supported 1901 Partners from its inception in 2014 through its maturation in 2024, with responsibility for all financial reporting for the funds and management company, as well as oversight of office administration and operational functions. 

Prior to 1901 Partners, Brian spent nearly a decade at Ziff Brothers Investments, where he was a Manager of Fund Accounting.  In that role, he helped lead a team responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of numerous investment entities, portfolio performance reporting, and various ad-hoc projects. 

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Albany and is a Certified Public Accountant.  He lives in East Northport, Long Island with his wife and three children and is an avid New York Rangers fan.
