Jessica Mainhardt serves as Director of Operations at Arkview Capital, where she oversees firm-wide operations and business administration in support of the firm’s strategic objectives and growth. She works closely with senior leadership to ensure operational efficiency, strong governance, and scalable infrastructure across the platform.

Prior to joining Arkview Capital, Jessica worked for more than a decade with the firm’s Co-Founders at Ziff Brothers Investments. Earlier in her career, she pursued a professional opera career, performing with opera companies and orchestras in the United States and internationally. She holds a Master of Music degree from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music.

Jessica is a member of 3GNY (an educational nonprofit founded by grandchildren of Holocaust survivors) and Maestra (an organization supporting women in the music industry) and serves on the New Rochelle Board of Education Safety Committee.
