Mr. Marxen is a Managing Director at Arkview Capital.

Prior to joining Arkview, Mr. Marxen gained 14 years of institutional private equity experience at Falcon Private Holdings, SK Capital, Blackstone, and TPG. His experience spans the lower middle market through large-cap transactions, including leading control investments across five countries in sectors such as industrials, healthcare, consumer, and services. Mr. Marxen began his career in the Healthcare Group of the Investment Banking Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co.

Mr. Marxen holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from Georgetown University.

Mr. Marxen chairs a Charlotte chapter of TIGER 21, conducts admission interviews for Georgetown University, and supports charitable organizations, including the Alzheimer’s Association and MusicLand. A wine enthusiast and avid tennis and pickleball player, he lives in Charlotte, NC, with his two daughters.
