Courtney Ryan

Courtney spent 28 years at Jabil, one of the largest provider of manufacturing services in the world. His most recent position was that of Executive Vice President, Enterprise Strategy and Corporate Development. Prior to that he was EVP, Chief Executive Officer of Nypro, Jabil’s Healthcare and Packaging division. Courtney held numerous other significant roles in his Jabil career, including SVP, Global Business Units, SVP, Global Supply Chain, and VP of Operations in Europe. During his career at Jabil, Courtney led a number of transformative acquisitions. In 2013, he championed the acquisition of Nypro, a capability-driven deal that allowed Jabil to capture share in single use medical products and consumables. Later he spearheaded Jabil’s transformative 15-year deal with Johnson and Johnson, which included the conveyance of 14 manufacturing plants. Courtney holds an MBA with a concentration in Decision and Information Science and a BA in Economics, both from the University of Florida.
